Each year, I design one or two very special wine tours. These journeys are perfect for travelers who want a thoughtfully planned experience without the work of organizing every detail.
Join us this October in Spain as we explore three wine fabulous wine regions. There will be fantastic meals, drawn from the land and the sea surrounding it, seasoned and spiced in traditional Spanish style, and consumed in the leisurely fashion of the country. We will take in the natural and historic sights as well, learning the fascinating stories of the past and how they have shaped the present.
I have explored most wine regions in Spain, as well as some of Portugal, Italy, Greece and Argentina. The regions visited include Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Bierzo, Jerez, Priorat, Rias Baixas (all these in Spain), Douro and Porto in Portugal, Sardinia, Tuscany, and Umbria in Italy, and Nemea and several regions of Crete (in Greece) as well as Mendoza and Salta in Argentina.
